• Delivering the daily Safal Pulse report to your WhatsApp

• Communicating subscription updates, renewals, or support

Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Safal Pulse daily market report service ("Service"), published by Safal Capital (India) Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By subscribing or accessing any part of the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Subscription and Access

Upon successful payment, you are granted access to the Safal Pulse report for your selected subscription duration. Access is provided via WhatsApp and is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, resell, republish, or broadcast the report or any content therein, in whole or in part, in any form.

3. Payment

All subscription fees are payable in advance as a one-time amount for the selected plan duration. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By completing payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. It is your sole responsibility to renew before expiry. We will endeavour to notify you approximately five (5) days before expiry, but accept no liability for failure to send such reminders or for lapse of access due to non-renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Safal Pulse report — including text, data, analysis, graphics, and layout — is the intellectual property of Safal Capital (India) Limited, protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Sharing WhatsApp group access or report content with third parties
• Using automated tools to scrape, extract, or copy report content
• Broadcasting or publishing report content through any public channel or media platform
• Redistributing or reselling access to any other person

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without prior notice or refund if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing or redistribution of content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy — No Refund

Safal Pulse processes refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional and verifiable circumstances. We are committed to fair resolution of genuine concerns. Subscribers are encouraged to download and review the sample report before subscribing to ensure the product meets their expectations.

2. Pre-Purchase Advisory

Before subscribing, prospective subscribers are strongly encouraged to:

• Review the full sample report and all section snapshots published on the website
• Evaluate the scope, format, and content of the report thoroughly
• Contact our support team at support@safalpulse.com or 72279 06099 with any questions prior to purchase

By completing a subscription payment, you expressly confirm that you have reviewed the product to your satisfaction and understand the nature of the Service.

3. Exceptional Circumstances — Discretionary Consideration

The Company will consider refund requests in the following exceptional and verifiable circumstances:

• Service Non-Delivery: Where the Company has demonstrably failed to deliver the report for five (5) or more consecutive trading days due to a verified technical failure on our end, and the subscriber has reported the issue in writing within three (3) days of the first missed delivery
• Duplicate Payment: Where a subscriber has been charged more than once for the same subscription as confirmed by Razorpay's records
• Erroneous Billing: Where a charge levied does not correspond to the subscriber's confirmed order, as evidenced by payment confirmation records

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@safalpulse.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Registered Phone Number]" and must include:

1. Full name and registered WhatsApp number
2. Subscription plan purchased and date of payment
3. Razorpay payment reference number
4. Clear description of the issue with supporting evidence

The Company will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and communicate its decision within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) working days to the original payment method. The Company's decision is final and binding.

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

The following circumstances shall not constitute grounds for refund under any circumstances:

• Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with market conditions or report content
• Failure to review sample reports and snapshots prior to subscribing
• WhatsApp or device access issues on the subscriber's end
• Requests made after seven (7) or more days of regular report delivery
• Technical issues arising from the subscriber's own device, internet connection, or WhatsApp account

5. Regulatory Notice

Safal Capital (India) Limited is a registered financial services entity. Safal Pulse is a market data and information aggregation product of Safal Capital (India) Limited and does not constitute SEBI-regulated research or investment advisory services. Subscribers are encouraged to verify all data independently before acting on it.

6. Third-Party Data

The report may contain data sourced from NSE, BSE, Yahoo Finance, and other public data providers. Safal Capital (India) Limited is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in such third-party data.
